Calcium with Vitamin D3

Bone health supplement

Calcium with vitamin D supports bone health. Most adults need 1,000–1,200 mg of calcium per day. Aim to get most from food (dairy, leafy greens, fortified products) and supplement only the gap.

How the pharmacy helps

We stock combination tablets and standalone calcium carbonate. Take with food for better absorption. Many patients on osteoporosis medications also take this.
