Duloxetine

SNRI for depression, anxiety, and certain nerve pain

Duloxetine (Cymbalta) is an SNRI used for depression and generalized anxiety, and is also approved for diabetic nerve pain and chronic musculoskeletal pain. Common strengths are 30 mg and 60 mg, taken once a day.
