Magnesium

Supplement for deficiency, leg cramps, and migraine prevention

Magnesium supports muscle, nerve, and bone function. Common reasons people supplement: leg cramps, migraine prevention, low magnesium from diuretics or PPIs. Magnesium glycinate is gentler on the stomach than oxide; citrate is moderate.

How the pharmacy helps

We stock common forms. Doses above 350 mg/day from supplements can cause loose stool — citrate especially.
