Provincial drug benefit program. Covers insulin, oral diabetes medications, and many prescribed supplies and medications for eligible Manitobans. Deductible is income-based.
Covers most ostomy supplies (pouches, wafers, accessories) for eligible Manitobans who are registered with the program. We help with enrolment and coordinate ongoing orders.
Federal coverage for First Nations and Inuit — includes medical supplies, pharmacy items, and equipment when medically necessary. We bill NIHB directly.
Coverage for eligible Veterans — prescriptions, medical supplies, and assistive devices billed directly to VAC.

Use a rigid, puncture-proof container — a free sharps container from us, or a heavy plastic bottle like a laundry detergent jug with the lid on tight. Drop off any time during pharmacy hours.
Sharps accepted under the Health Products Stewardship Association (HPSA) collection program, available at participating Manitoba pharmacies.
Don't flush old prescriptions or toss them in the trash. Bring unused and expired medications to us — disposal is free, anonymous, and environmentally safe.
Sharps go through the separate sharps program above. We can't accept aerosols, illicit substances, or large quantities of healthcare-facility waste.
Drop off any time during pharmacy hours. You can leave items in their original containers — labels and personal information are fine; everything is destroyed under secure conditions. No appointment needed, no questions asked.
