What to Expect at Your Visit

All vaccinations and injections are administered in our private counselling office, ensuring your comfort and confidentiality.

A signed consent form is required before any injection. For patients under 18, a parent or legal guardian must provide consent.

Walk-in vaccinations are available during regular business hours for publicly funded vaccines like influenza and COVID-19. For other vaccines, call us at (204) 233-3469 to confirm availability or schedule a time.

There is a $20 injection fee per dose for vaccines and injections that are not covered under Manitoba's publicly funded program. The cost of the vaccine itself varies — many are covered by private insurance.

Multi-dose vaccines like Shingrix and Twinrix are given months apart. Each visit is a full appointment — you'll receive the injection, then sit in our private counselling office while a team member checks in on you to make sure there are no allergic reactions before you head out.

The $20 injection fee applies to every dose — there is always a fee for each visit, since each one is a complete appointment with monitoring.

Bring your Manitoba Health card (for publicly funded vaccines), any prescriptions (for non-funded vaccines), and your insurance card if you have private coverage. If you have a vaccination record, bring that too — it helps us check what you may be due for.
