Fluticasone (Inhaled and Nasal)

Inhaled steroid for asthma maintenance, plus nasal spray for allergies

Fluticasone is an inhaled steroid that prevents asthma flares (Flovent) and a nasal spray that controls seasonal and chronic allergies (Flonase). It is taken daily even when symptoms are quiet.

How the pharmacy helps

We dispense 50, 125, and 250 mcg/puff inhalers, plus the nasal spray. Rinse the mouth after each inhaled dose to prevent thrush.
