Montelukast

Daily tablet for asthma, exercise-induced asthma, and allergies

Montelukast (Singulair) is taken once daily, usually in the evening, for asthma, exercise-induced bronchospasm, and allergies. It is not a fast-acting reliever.

How the pharmacy helps

We dispense tablets, chewables, and granules. The pharmacist will discuss the Health Canada warning about mood and behaviour changes — uncommon but important to know about.
