Naproxen

Long-acting NSAID for pain and inflammation

Naproxen lasts longer per dose than ibuprofen, so it is often taken twice a day. Common Rx strengths are 250 mg, 375 mg, and 500 mg. Lower-dose Aleve is available without a prescription.
