Vitamin B12 (Cyanocobalamin)

Tablets, sublingual, and injection forms

Vitamin B12 supports nerve and blood cell health. Common reasons for low B12 include vegan/vegetarian diet, long-term Metformin or PPI use, and reduced absorption with age. Tablets, sublinguals, and injections are all available.

How the pharmacy helps

We stock standard sublingual strengths. Some patients on Metformin do annual B12 checks and supplement based on results.

Access framing

Tablets and sublinguals are OTC. Injection vials are by prescription.
