Amlodipine

Calcium channel blocker for blood pressure and angina

Amlodipine is taken once a day to lower blood pressure and to reduce chest pain (angina). It works by relaxing blood vessels so the heart does not have to work as hard. Most patients take it long-term.

How the pharmacy helps

We dispense Amlodipine in 2.5 mg, 5 mg, and 10 mg tablets and can sync refills with other heart medications so everything arrives together.
