Esomeprazole

Esomeprazole (Nexium) is a PPI similar to omeprazole. Used for acid reflux, ulcers, and H. pylori treatment plans.

We carry 20 mg and 40 mg. Take 30–60 minutes before a meal — usually breakfast.

Esomeprazole is the S-isomer of omeprazole. Some patients respond better to one than the other.
Long-term PPIs can affect magnesium, B12, and bone density. Periodic review with the prescriber.
